Day 187 of 365: TrapBar Terror Squad!!!

This week was one of the few max effort weeks we program in Strictly Strength and the results were freaking crazy!  I hope that by now you’ve read my post on my 500lb trap bar deadlift.  If not, please do so BEFORE reading any further!  I don’t want to hear from anyone saying, “Of course they set new PRs….It’s a trapbar!”  As I stated in the early post, that’s not the f*cking point!

The point is that every single Strictly Strength athlete pulled an all-time deadlift(of any kind) this week!  This means that we just woke up a BEAST in each athlete.  We’ve overloaded their systems so as to force their bodies to adapt to the new stimuli!  More PRs are on the way!
