Day 217 of 365: Feats Of Strength

In my opinion, it’s very important to know what is possible in order to continue to push your own personal limits.  Now, this is not to say that I will ever be able to deadlift 800+ lbs, but to know that it is possible for a human to move that much weight only opens my mind to new and relatively extreme loads for me, specifically.  Hopefully you understand what I’m getting at here.  To know that something is possible, even if it blows your mind to even consider yourself in that position, allows you to tap in to new and uncharted territories in your strength game.  Make sure that you STUDY THE CRAFT!  Do your research, watch amazing videos, read about the sport of strength, and continually ask yourself questions that push you, your body, and your mind in regards to blowing through barriers.  Here’s a great video to get you started!  Some amazing things are going down in this one!  Enjoy.
