Day 249 of 365: Back at It

Yesterday was my first training day back at full speed, and it felt GREAT!  It’s been over a week of NO workouts so as to let my back rest and recover from several days of spasms that left me pretty banged up.  Long story short….the break and focused rest has done the trick and I am not only feeling better physically, but I am refreshed and reinvigorated mentally.

There’s nothing like being forced to NOT do what you love to make you realize how lucky you are!  Make sure that you WAKE UP each day and give thanks(to whomever you choose) and live your passion with passion!
