Day 250 of 365: Nothin’ but a Peanut!

I have to admit that I have tried to blog 3 times today, but couldn’t find the gusto to make something happen.  I always try to post something that will add value to you guys, or at the least, give you a good laugh and pick-me-up.  Today, I have struggled to find that “golden nugget”.

As I sit at home, mowing through my dinner, I found this pretty cool video of Ronnie Coleman on one of his leg days.  This shit is silly!  The video itself is a little slow, but if you can stand the down-time, the actual lifting session are ridiculous!

Really, this serves no special purpose other than to give you something cool to watch.  I feel like I have failed today on the blogging front, but at 250 days in, one or two “off days” are to be expected, right?

In any case, I hope you all had an OUTSTANDING Monday, and that you’ve made the CHOICE to make this week a special one for you and those you surround yourself with.
