As you all know, the CrossFit Games are less than a week away, which means my mind is on one thing. I’m sure you can guess what that is. That being said, I want to apologize for not getting around to posting anything new this weekend. I will say that leaving the Super Band Walk post up for a couple days was a public service that I hope you all have had time to read and try out for yourselves…..If not, do it!
As for today, I came across this great post that Zach Even-Esh had over the weekend and wanted to share it with you. Contrary to the title of today’s post, there really isn’t that big of a debate around the topic of “Is the box squat better or worse than the olympic squat?” Honestly, I am more partial to the box squat, but I am also very well aware of the fact that YOU MUST DO BOTH TO BUILD HOLISTIC STRENGTH.
