The next Strictly Strength Project is about to kick off! This is the perfect supplemental program for anyone that wants to take their CrossFit to the next level. It also happens to be an outstanding stand-alone program. The goal of the Project is to:
1st- Test current strength & assess Back Squat, Strict Press and Deadlift technique.
2nd- Correct any movement faults.
3rd- Educate, Empower and Develop your strength and power over a 8-week period.
4th- Retest and SMASH old PRs!
Strictly Strength Project athletes will (in groups of 3) once each week for 8 weeks. That being said, there are several day and time options available, and depending on when you are available, will determine when your start and end dates are. See Below.
Tuesdays – Start: 7/31 — End: 9/18
Saturdays – Start: 8/4 — End: 9/22
