Day 281 of 365: Initiation To The Project

Every Saturday morning I have the privilege of working with some amazing people that choose to focus their efforts and energy towards getting stronger.

It’s an outstanding start to my weekend, and I’m grateful to be in position to introduce serious strength training to them in a way that many have never seen it before – A way that empowers them and educates them rather than intimidating them.  Now, that’s not to say that this is a “Cream Puff” program.  Not at all, in fact.  I just package strength training in a new way that appeals to a lot of people, not just the monsters that lift houses, cars, 747′s, etc.

This clip is from my last session from this morning with Nick and Jeromy.  These guys are studs that know how to work!  You’ll see in this video that Nick actually has to take a second to toss his chunks, but continues on with the workout.  Now, it’s very important that you know and understand that I never program workouts to cause people to throw-up.  I take no sick pride in causing the insides to come outside.  That being said, it happens.  I train people to get strong….not to force them to toss.  That’s not my goal.

Now that we’re on the same page, check out the work ethic these guys have!  This is what I have the privilege of doing each Saturday…..Pretty damn lucky if you ask me!
