Day 284 of 365: Big Monkeys & Little Monkeys

Which one are you?  A big monkey or a little monkey?

Before you jump to conclusions about what you think this post is about and/or what kind of monkey you are, check out this excellent video lecture.  It brings up some very interesting ideas that could be potentially game-changing in regards to how you train.

If you haven’t figured this out yet….Not everyone is the same.  Nor should they train the same.
