Day 300 of 365: Getting Creative

We just hit 300 posts, people!!!!

I kept asking myself what to post about today, seeing as how it’s the 300th post.  I was thinking that it needed to be something big and extravagant, but decided that I would just keep doing what I’ve been doing; Bringing you the world of strength one day at a time.

That has been my goal from day one.

There have been some ups and some downs during these 300 posts, but all in all, I have received a ton of positive feedback from y’all.  That is what makes this all worthwhile.

That being said, I just want to say thank you for sticking with me during this project.  I’m discovering new things about myself and the world of strength everyday.  I hope that I helping you do the same.  Let’s keep rollin’.

As y’all know, I am a huge fan of doing workouts that are new and creative.  In other words, I dig moving heavy shit in new ways to keep things fun, challenging, and effective.  Plain and simple.

Well, with that being said, here’s one of those workouts that definitely tested us with some new challenges.  I’ve done the mystery lift that you’ll soon see in the video below before, but I’ve never really thrown it together to make an actual workout.  Usually it’s just been a mess-around-session.  In either case, this is a lift that will surely test the athlete.  It requires power, strength, coordination, and confidence.
