In either case, this workout is one of CrossFit’s most beautifully designed and diabolical. The weight, reps and rounds allow athletes to push the pedal down for a sprint effort, but all the same factors also load the system to the point of near shut-down. Check it out…
The reason I bring this up is because I will hitting this spicy workout tonight at CrossFit Central’s CrossFit Classics at the new downtown box! It’s going to be the first time I’ve competed since the 2012 CF Games, so it’s going to be very interesting to see the results. I know the people coming out to watch are going to have the vibe in the gym electric, so I am stoked about the opportunity.
