Today was the last day of the latest STRICTLY STRENGTH PROJECT, and this session, just like the others, did not fail to produce some silly results!!!
This most recent session of the SSP was much lighter than previous offerings due to my schedule and availability, but nevertheless, people were still demanding it be ran. So….with one group of two, we set off on an 8-week journey to SILLYSTRONG.
Athletes meet once each week for 8 weeks(weeks 1 and 8 are CFTotal testing) to dial in technique and build raw strength through intense work and consistency.
Today, was Ashok’s day to be tested! I knew that he was much,much stronger than the first day, but he was pretty nervous about being “tested”. I told him that it is obvious that you’re much stronger – you told me all about your successes in classes recently – so just have fun andmove some heavy shit!!!
He did just that!

2 new PR’s, a matched effort, and +45lbs to Total in 8 training sessions!!!
