This will be an on-going project that hopefully provides some helpful insight into what makes top-level training and performance possible.  It will be based solely on my experiences using different pieces of strength training equipment and gear, training tools, information sources, food products, and possibly some information on supplements…BUT, everyone’s doing that shit, so we will see.

In addition to my weekly reviews of all things strength, I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences if you use the same item.  This will provide those that seek relevant and useful information with more of it!  Remember, my goal is to  share the world of STRENGTH with everyone, and to add value to the lives of others.  This is just one more way I hope to accomplish that goal!

On to the GOOD STUFF!

As you can probably tell from some of my recent videos of my Strictly Strength athletes using(and getting crushed by) the Rogue Fitness Y-1 Yoke, I freaking love this thing!  Today, though,  I wanted to give y’all my opinion, thoughts and overall review of the Rogue Fitness Y-1 Yoke.  My goal in doing so is to provide helpful information to any coaches or athletes out there that are wondering what equipment to purchase in order to get the biggest bang for their buck.
